Activities & things to see & do in and around Noosa There are a wide range of activities, attractions and places to visit in Noosa and on the Sunshine Coast. For the adventerous there is Fraser Island national park with its pristine beach's , fresh water lakes and Australia's only pure blood Dingo's ( please dont feed the dingo's ) , or the thrill of open water jet boats . Hire a tinnie or join a charter and go fishing or just hire a rod and reel from us and fish from the river bank camel and horse back rides are available , tour the Noosa River eveglades and see the fabouls river of mirrors During August to October you can visit the whales on one of many guided tours You can ride the Valley rattler steam train and tour the Mary Valley , tour the world famous Glass house mountains and the hinterland , hire a bike and traverse the many bike paths in and around Noosa . If walking is your thing then the many bush walks in our national parks are just waitng for you , If market to market is your calling there are fresh food markets every weekend at the farmers market , there are open stall markets at Tewantin marina every sunday and of course the world famous Eumundi Market rated in the top 50 place's to go in Australia . Every Wednesday and Saturday morning and now the eumundi on a sunday . You can stop and taste some local wine at Maleny or just stroll the lovely side walks of Montville as you discover how glazed lolies are made and the many styles of cookoo clock or the chocolate shop with delights from your past. either on one of our self drive tours or on a guided tour We have three excellent day tours in our files just ask at reception You can see how Ginger beer is made or Macadamia fudge is made If retail therapy is more to your liking then Hastings street beckons If golf is your ideal then there are many world famous coarse's with in easy drive from Noosaville
